Viola Marie Lengacher, 91, died Thursday at her home in rural Spencerville, IN.  She was born in Midland, MI to the late Samuel & Clara (Hochstedler) Miller.  She married Victor C. Lengacher on August 26, 1949 and he preceded her in death on December 31, 1990.

Surviving are daughters, Dianne (Gary) Eager of Harlan; Joyce (Dr. Ronald) Lehman of Whitehall, MI; son, Tony Lengacher of Spencerville; 10 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren; and sister, Cara (Wes) Glanzer of Harlan.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janeen Lengacher; a son, Stanley Lengacher; a sister, Arlene Miller and a grandson, Todd Eager.

She was a homemaker who loved the Lord in all that she did including her sewing, baking and gardening.  Her children & grandchildren were the joy of her life.

Family & Friends may gather on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 2-6 pm at Central Ministries (5801 Schwartz Road Ft. Wayne, IN 46835).  A Committal Service will be held on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 9:45 am at Yaggy Cemetery, Grabill, IN with a Celebration of Life Service following at 11 am at the church.  Pastor Don Delagrange will officiate.
