Timothy J. Soldner stepped into eternity to true life with his Savior Jesus Christ.  "For us who grieve God can provide and give a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair." (Isaiah 61)

He was retired 6 years from spending over 30 years in the food service business where he enjoyed managing the feeding of many.  He was an Adams Central and Purdue graduate and was a loyal fan to both schools.

He was crazy about his nieces and nephews who lovingly called him "Uncle Buck".  Though the oldest of 4, he was very proud of his 2 brothers who are pilots and his sister's love for missions which inspired his passion for mission work.  He knew he was loved by Jesus and he loved others as well.  He also loved his church, Central Ministries.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Frederic J. and Harriet J. (Schertz) Soldner.

Tim is survived by his wife, Melissa; brothers, Jeff (Karen), John (Trina) and sister, Sue (Kevin) Wills; sisters-in-law, Melanie (Pete) Piekarski & Ai Thuan (Rang) Do; nieces & nephews, Lani (Jeff) Johnson, Nicki (Marc) Boyer, Mallory (Dane) Freeman, Nate (Shannon) Wills, Matthew (Stephanie) Wills, Daniel Wills, P. T. Piekarski, Pierce Piekarski, Tony (Lam) Do and Brian (Keri) Do along with 14 great nieces & nephews and many wonderful first and second cousins.

Friends & Family may gather on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 9:30 -11 am at Central Ministries (Enter Door 6) - 5801 Schwartz Road Ft. Wayne.  A Memorial Service will follow at 11 am at the church.
