Tamara Kay Haver, 69, entered into Jesus' arms on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at The Cedars in Leo, IN.  She was born on July 31, 1954 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Halbert C. & Bonnie L. (Baller) Pursley.  She married Larry G. Owens on April 23, 2003.

Surviving are her husband, Larry Owens of St. Joe; children, Spencer (Jenean) Stuckey of Leo, Reggie (Scott) Hunter of Auburn, Lettie Haver of Ft. Wayne, Abrielle Pulver of Harlan and Taylor (Kasey) Haver of Kendallville; grandchildren, Gus, Morgan, Ava & Gunner Stuckey, Maddie Hunter, Zelle & Lena Haver-Meyer, Dustin & Dominick Thomas and Sebastian & Sullivan Haver.  She was preceded in death by a grandson, Daxton L. Thomas on March 13, 2024.

Tami was a homemaker and also had worked at different Walmart's in the area.  She enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren, spending time with her beloved dog, watching movies and shows like Young Sheldon and keeping in touch with old friends.  She was an avid walker and nature enthusiast as a young mother and was regularly complimented on the care and good graces of her five active young children.  She enjoyed 2 decades of marriage and companionship in later life.

Calling will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 4-8 pm at Carnahan-Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home, Spencerville, IN.  Services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 11 am with calling one hour prior at the funeral home with her daughter, Abbie Pulver officiating.

Memorials may be given in care of the funeral home for expenses
