Sharry Kay Lane, 70, died Monday, June 26, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She was born on July 23, 1952 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Alvin Francis & Geneva May (Naylor) Gilbert.  They had six children, her siblings were:  Sandra Darlene Lopshire, Allen L. Gilbert (he died December 15, 2016), Alvin Francis Gilbert, Jr. (he died January 14, 1992), Sierra Sue Fifer and Cheryl Smith.

She is survived by her daughter:  Rachel (Ryan) Lane of Spencerville, Indiana.

Sharry worked in Home Health Care and call centers most of her life.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
