Russell J. Tucker, 60, died Monday at his home in Spencerville, IN surrounded by his family. He was born in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Joseph C. & Mary (Barboza) Tucker. He married Mindy Neise on June 30, 2010 in St. Joe Church of Christ.

Surviving are his wife, Mindy Tucker of Spencerville; sister, Toni Dickerhoff of Spencerville; children, Michael (Amanda) Jackson of St. Joe, Chad (Dallas)Jackson of Garrett, Ashleigh (C. J.) Coburn of Edgerton, OH, Nathan (Autumn) Giesige of Defiance, OH; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and an aunt, Arlene Tucker of Spencerville. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Michael Dickerhoff and his step-mother, Mary K. Tucker.

Russ worked at Hudson Industries in Ashley, IN, 10 years at Regent in Edgerton, OH and 12 years at McDonall Douglas Aircraft in St. Louis. He was a Navy veteran and a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Indiana State University.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at St. Joe Church of Christ (508 Jefferson St. St. Joe, IN) at 11 am with Pastor Don Goff officiating. Preferred memorials to the National Kidney Foundation - 30 E 33rd Street New York, New York 10016.
