Rosa Witmer, 85, died peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at her home in Leo, IN. She was born in Woodburn, IN on December 31, 1930 to the late Noah & Christine (Schwartz) Eicher. She married Menno J. Witmer on February 23, 1950 in Woodburn, IN and he preceded her in death on June 20, 2012.

Surviving are a daughter, Marilyn C. Witmer of Leo; a son, Donald (Brenda) Witmer of Leo; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Witmer of Woodburn; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 3 brothers, Michael (Amanda) Eicher of Grabill, Menno Eicher of Woodburn and Raymond (Orpha) Eicher of Hicksville, OH.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Willard Witmer; brothers, Joe, Noah, Andrew, David, Daniel & Simon Eicher; sisters, Lydia Delagrange & Barbara Graber and a sister-in-law, Loretta Eicher.

Calling will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 5-8 pm and Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Living Faith Church (10717 Roberts Road Harlan, IN). Services will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 2 pm with calling one hour prior at the church. Pastors Samson Eicher & Lester Zehr will officiate. Burial in Schlatter Cemetery, Leo, IN.
