Robert "Bob" Lee Duesing, 90 of Leo, IN passed away on January 4, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, IN.  He was born on October 24, 1934 in Michigan City, IN to the late Albert G. & Mildred A. (Schwanke) Duesing.  He married Dolores J. Hinshaw on December 1, 1956 in Michigan City, IN.

Survivors include his wife, Dolores J. Duesing of Leo; daughters, Lynn Herzog of Ft. Wayne and Debra (Kim) Krafft of St. Joe; grandchildren, Kimberley Herzog, James David (Tiffany) Herzog, Ethan Krafft and Nathaniel Krafft; great grandchildren, Braiden Herzog, Sophia Herzog and Lincoln Herzog; sister-in-law, Patricia Duff.  He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Dewey Duff.

Bob married his high school sweetheart after returning home from serving in the United States Army, and recently they celebrated their 69th anniversary.  He spent many years in radio and television advertising/sales and retired from Lutheran Hospital where he served as a security officer.  He was well known for his love of dogs and many shelter and stray dogs benefited from his passion for animals.
