Michael S. Busche, Sr., 71, died Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, IN.  He was born on November 8, 1949 in Ft. Wayne to the late Freeman & Ethel (Warner) Busche, Sr.  He married Pamala Springer on December 6, 1970 in Harlan, IN.

Surviving are his wife, Pamala Busche of Spencerville; son, Michael (Jean Ann) Busche, Jr. of Auburn; daughter, Shelley (Van) Brooks of Spencerville and 5 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Freeman, William, James & Edward Busche and sisters, Delores Wolf & Kay Ann Diehl.

He was a retired truck driver for Sharky Transportation out of Quincy, IL and loved to hunt, fish, and garden.

Calling will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Carnahan-Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home, Spencerville, IN.  Services will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 1 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Lynn Hart officiating.  Burial in Scipio Cemetery, Harlan, IN.
