Marilyn Lee Laub, 93, died Monday, August 26, 2024 in Auburn, Indiana.  She was born on October 19, 1930 in Butler, Indiana to the late Bert Roscoe & Vae Berniece (Campbell) Moughler.  She married Frank DeWayne Laub on December 27, 1952 in the Butler E.U.B. Church and he preceded her in death on May 25, 2022.

Surviving her is a Son, Bruce Laub of St. Joe, Indiana; Daughter-in-law, Cathy Laub of Woodburn, Indiana; six Grandchildren, Elise (Adam) Stewart of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Brandon Laub of Coronada, California, Amelia Laub of Christchurch, New Zealand, Kate Laub of Leo, Indiana, Denver Laub of St. Joe, Indiana and Casey Laub of St. Joe, Indiana; one Great Grandson, James Laub; and one Brother, Lloyd Moughler of Leo, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Nancy Laub; one Grandson, Jackson Laub; her Sister and Brother-in-law, Evelyn and Sylvester Zonker; and her Sister-in-law, Grace Moughler.

Marilyn worked as a teller/secretary at Knisely Bank and City National Bank in Butler, Indiana and was owner/operator of Laub's Shell Mart in Spencerville, Indiana for 21 years.  She was a member of Coburn Corners Church of Christ, The Red Hat Society, a 50 year member of Spencerville Eastern Star OES 386 and director of the DeKalb Heart Association.  She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

**Calling Sunday, September 1, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at Carnahan-Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home, Spencerville, Indiana.  Services will be held on Monday, September 2, 2024 at 1pm with calling one hour prior at the funeral home with Pastor Lynn Hart officiating. Burial in Alton Cemetery, St. Joe, Indiana.
