Marilyn S. Crozier, 81, died Monday, March 2, 2026 at Laurels of DeKalb in Butler, IN. She was born on April 5, 1944 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Richard D. & Helen E. (Snellenberger) Markle. She married James A. Crozier on January 7, 1967 in Arcola, IN and he preceded her in death on October 25, 1994.
Surviving are her children, Jace Crozier of Hamilton, Joyce Crozier of Auburn and Dennis Crozier of Lafayette; granddaughters, Elizabeth Crozier (Justin Stradley), Brittney (Michael) Backlund, Teresa Crozier; and a sister, Barbara Collins of Butler. She was preceded in death by sisters, Carol Chapman, Sharon Markle and Rosemary Markle; brother-in-law, Olin "T. J." Collins and a nephew, Richard A. Collins.
Marilyn worked as an LPN at the old Lutheran & St. Joe Hospitals in Ft. Wayne and then at Angola Nursing Home & Lakeland Nursing Home in Angola, IN. She was a member of the Alvarado Methodist Church in Hamilton, IN.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 1 pm at White City Cemetery, Spencerville, IN.
