Judith A. Gerke, 83, died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at her home in Grabill, IN.  She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN on March 22, 1937 to the late Clifford James & Glenna Bernice (Freeman) Lewis.  She married Linden William Gerke on November 24, 1956 in Ft. Wayne and he preceded her in death on April 12, 1995.

Surviving are her sons, Rick (Jody) Gerke of Spencerville, Dennis (Lori) Gerke of Grabill, Glenn (Michele) Gerke of Huntertown, Lynn (Karyn) Gerke of Garrett and Dale (Paula) Gerke of Auburn; 15 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren; brothers, Jim (Diane) Lewis of Urbana, OH and John (Jane) Lewis of Scottsburg and a sister, Betty Merriman of Huntertown.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Frank J. Lewis & a sister, Delores Lewis.

She was a member of Promise Lutheran Church in Ft. Wayne and loved sports, camping, fishing and spending time with her family.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 4:30 pm at Westwood Fellowship in Woodburn, IN.
