Jonathan J. Stutzman, 73, died Wednesday, July 3, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, IN.  He was born on October 9, 1951 in Goshen, IN to the late Clem & Edna E. (Hoffman) Stutzman.  He married Terri A. Albert on November 11, 1977 in Elkhart County, IN.

Surviving are his wife, Terri Stutzman of St. Joe; daughter, Jessie (Beau) Steury of St. Joe; grandchildren, Stella, Levi & Elsie Steury; siblings, Betty (Steve) Miller of Sacramento, CA, Beverly (Sam) Snyder of Centennial, CO, Eugene Stutzman of Goshen, IN and Benjamin (Rita) Stutzman of Bentonville, AR.

Jon and his wife, Terri, were originally from Goshen and moved with their daughter, Jessie, to the Spencerville area in the 80's.  His professional work career was wide and varied with notable contributions to the Auburn and Burger Dairies as well as Dutchman Manufacturing among others.  Jon spent his post work life finding and pursuing his passions.  His love of trees led him to start his own mini nursery in his backyard producing hundreds of pine tree saplings to sell each year.  Jon's next adventure involved his favorite dog breed, the Irish Wolfhound.  After starting with one dog, Jon was soon having multiple litters a year and often personally delivering his puppies all across the United States.  Jon and Terri were able to relocate one last time to be next door to their daughter and her family.  This allowed the couple the ability to watch the grandkids grow and be a vital part of their young lives.  They enjoyed attending all their grandchildren's sporting events and after school activities.  Jon passed a joyful retired man living his life out to the fullest of his abilities surrounded by loved ones.
