Jeffery Lynn Carnahan, 58, entered into God's Kingdom on Tuesday at his home after a battle with brain cancer. He was born in Garrett, IN to Raymond R. & Nanci A. (Houghton) Carnahan. He married Sandra K. Lowe on September 18, 1976 in Hopewell United Brethren Church.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra Carnahan of Auburn; sons, Joshua (Jennifer) Carnahan of Butler and Adam Carnahan of Ft. Wayne; grandchildren - Caleb, Luke, Jade & Noah Carnahan of Butler; parents, Raymond & Nanci Carnahan of Ft. Wayne; sisters, Cheryl (Tony) Burton of Deep Gap, NC and Christie Carnahan Whitton of Columbia City; brother, Brian (Roberta) Carnahan of Spencerville; mother-in-law, Shirley Ruegsegger of Auburn and father-in-law, Max D. Lowe of Emma.

Jeff was a lifelong farmer and a truck driver for CCX in Ft. Wayne. For several years, he raised livestock on their farm in rural Auburn. He was a member of Christ's Church in Butler and after his diagnosis, he took over doing their Helping Hands Ministry.

Calling will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 2-8 pm at Christ's Church (127 W. Main St. Butler, IN). A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 11 am with calling one hour prior at the church. Pastor Dale Rabineau will officiate.
