Jacob D. Pressler, 36, died Monday at his home. He was born in Ft. Wayne, IN to Thomas & Charlene (Day) Pressler.

Surviving are his parents, Thomas & Charlene of Spencerville; a daughter, Magdalena Pressler of Spencerville; a sister, Jamie (David) McMahon of Spencerville; a nephew, Brendon Gamble of Spencerville; a half brother, Danny McCormick of Churubusco; and a grandmother, Ruth Pressler of Columbia City; aunts & uncles, Sheila (Steve) Cox of Ft. Wayne, Steve Day of Ft. Wayne, Steve (Connie) Pressler of Columbia City and Greg (Gidget) Pressler of Churubusco. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Blanchard & Phyllis Day and Gene Pressler and an uncle, Larry Pressler.

He worked in the Maintenance Department at Indiana Refracturing. Loved to work on trucks and cars and also fireworks.

Calling will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Carnahan-Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home. Services will be held on Friday at 11 am at the funeral home with calling one hour prior. Burial in Scipio Cemetery, Harlan, IN.
