Helen M. Hoover, 84, died Friday at Wesley Healthcare in Auburn, IN. She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Cedric & Ida Reed. She married Jacob W. Hoover on January 25, 1947 in Huntertown, IN. He preceded her in death on July 13, 1991. Surviving are a grandaughter, Amy (Bryce) Arnold; 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; several cousins. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Hoover. Helen worked as a beautician and loved to camp, travel, garden and was an excellent seamstress. She belonged to the Leo American Legion Auxiliary. Calling will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 2-4 pm at the funeral home. Services will be at 4 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
