Evelyn J. Warner, 91, died Thursday at Parkview Hospice in Ft. Wayne, IN.  She was born in Leo, IN on September 11, 1927 to the late Jesse & Lille (Neuhouser) Beck.

Surviving are her sons, Larry (Pam Schwieterman) Warner of Auburn, Rod Warner of Leo and Randy (Susan Dickmeyer) Warner of Auburn; 7 grandchildren, Lane Warner, Laurie Warner, Miles Cooley, Cheyenne Warner, Montana Warner, Sawyer Warner and Brock Didier; 3 great grandchildren, Gabrielle Warner, Scarlett Smith & Jayden Hammond.  She was preceded in death by a son, Roger Warner and a grandson, Dillon Warner.

She retired from G. E. after more than 28 years of service and then worked as a door greeter for Walmart for 10 years. She was a charter member of North Leo Mennonite Church in her early years and then attended Calvary Temple where she sang in the choir.  She was also a member of the G. E. Quarter Century Club.  She loved to work in her garden, tend to her flowers and sit on her front porch swing with her fur babies.

Calling will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 10 am - 2 pm with services following at 2 pm at North Leo Mennonite Church (15419 SR 1 Leo, IN).  Burial in Leo Memorial Park Cemetery.
