Donald Korn, 81, died Thursday at his home in Ft. Wayne, IN. He was born on May 6, 1933 in Ft. Wayne, IN. He married Shirley A. Ferris on October 12, 1957 in Ft. Wayne, IN.

Surviving are his wife, Shirley A. Korn of Ft. Wayne; 3 daughters, Gail L. Korn of Ft. Wayne, Jill E. Berger of Ft. Wayne and Donna R. (Jeff) Crisler of Prattville, AL; 2 sons, Scott R. (Gayle) Korn of Phoenix, AZ and Todd A (Cherie) Korn of Ft. Wayne; 8 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Phyllis Reed of New Haven, IN and Shirley Leszinske of Troy, OH.

Don retired from Navistar after 35 years as a Manager in the Engineering Department. He was a Korean Air Force Veteran, a member of the St. Joe United Methodist Church in Ft. Wayne and of the American Legion Post 47.

Services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 2 pm at Concordia Cemetery Gardens Chapel (5300 Lake Avenue Ft. Wayne) with calling one hour prior to services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Donor's Choice in Don's name.
