David Black, 67, died Monday at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, IN. He was born in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Bobby O. & Mary B. (Huyghe) Black.

Surviving are two sisters, Teresa Kennedy of Fremont, IN and Sharon (John) Hankins of Leo, IN; two brothers, Todd Black of Angola, IN and Greg (Christina) Black of Ft. Wayne, IN and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Hollabaugh and a brother-in-law, William Kennedy.

David worked as a Inhalation Therapist at Parkview Hospital and the VA Hospital in Ft. Wayne. He loved to ride motorcycles and play golf.

Join in with the family for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 1-2 pm at Cedar Creek Church of Christ (12606 Leo Road Ft. Wayne, IN 46845). A Memorial Service will be follow at 2 pm at the church with Pastor Greg Krafft officiating.
