Cody Osborn, 16, went to be with Jesus on Sunday as a result of a motocross accident in Toledo, Ohio. He was born in Ft. Wayne, IN to Jay C. & Julie (Carll) Osborn and they survive in Woodburn, IN.

Also, surviving are a brother, Cole Osborn of Woodburn; grandparents, Gladys Dormire of Ft. Wayne and Robert & Anna Carll of Hartford City; and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Osborn and a step grandfather, Robert Dormire.

Cody was a junior at Woodlan Jr./Sr. High School and also attended Anthis Career Center for welding. He loved motocross & riding RZR's and enjoyed baseball. He was a great son, great brother, great grandson and a great nephew who enjoyed spending time with his family.

Calling will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Christ Lutheran Church (4412 Park Street Woodburn,IN). Services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11 am with calling one hour prior at the church. Pastor Timothy Edwards officiating. Burial in Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery, Woodburn. IN.
