Allen D. Holman, 79, went to his Heavenly home on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, IN.  He was born on July 17, 1945 in Auburn, IN to the late Aaron O. & Carolie B. (Knox) Holman.  He married Patricia A. Butler on August 17, 1968 in Elwood, IN.

Surviving are his wife Patricia Holman of St. Joe; children, Jason (Vicki) Holman of St. Joe, Travis (Sarah) Holman of Gainesville, VA, Jamie (Mark) Franco of Grandbury, TX; grandchildren, Brock Holman, Brennen Holman, Kaleia Holman, Dylan (Kennedy) Recht, Lauren Franco, Van Franco; great grandchildren, Aviva & Atlas Recht; siblings, Carlyle (Sheila) Holman of St. Joe, Gailanna Ransom of Avilla, Karon (Myron) Smith of Ashville, NC, Pamela (Chris) Bello of Sacramento, CA and a brother-in-law, Doug (Kay) Holley of Ft. Wayne.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda L. Holley and a brother-in-law, Ed Ransom.

Allen was a self-employed real estate broker who owned and operated Action Realty, St. Joe, IN.  He was a featured speaker on computer feeding at Delaval Corp. Seminars and Purdue University.  He was also co-owner, secretary and dispatcher for C & A Transport, Inc.; President of Concord Veal, Inc.; President & Co-owner of Holman Farms, Inc. and Co-owner of Eco Vantage Lumber Company.  He was on the Township Advisory Board for 6 years with 2 years as chairman; a Sunday School teacher, board member and elder for 47 years of St. Joe Church of Christ and also a member of the St. Joe Lion's Club.

Friends & Family may gather on Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 10 am - 12 noon at St. Joe Church of Christ (508 Jefferson Street, St. Joe, IN).  A Memorial Service will follow at 12 noon at the church with Pastor Donny Goff officiating.
